Ariya Production proudly presents the Live The Moment (LTM) Festival, a vibrant, large-scale Color Party music festival set to take place in Istanbul in 2026/27.

Building on the success of previous editions in Istanbul that attracted thousands of multicultural attendees — primarily from the Iranian diaspora as well as visitors from Turkey, Europe, and the Middle East — LTM Festival is now scaling up to become one of the most exciting international music and entertainment events in the region.

This proposal outlines the vision, concept, artist strategy, marketing plan, expected attendance, and partnership opportunities for the 2026/27 edition.

Investment & Partnership Model

Our vision for the Live The Moment Festival is a long-term strategic partnership. In the first phase, we are seeking a primary investor who will support the festival for a period of 3 to 5 years by covering the core costs of organizing and scaling the event. In return, the investor will receive a meaningful equity stake in the LTM Festival brand and become a true strategic partner.

This structure allows the investor to share in the financial success and long-term growth of the festival while benefiting from priority rights regarding share transfer or contract extension at the end of the initial period, subject to mutual agreement. We are looking for a partner who believes in the potential of the LTM brand and wants to grow with it over the coming years.

Concept & Experience

Inspired by India’s iconic “Holi” festival, the Live The Moment (LTM) Festival delivers a vibrant Color Party experience, combining high-energy music performances, immersive live shows, and interactive entertainment zones. The festival creates a colorful, joyful, and unforgettable atmosphere where participants can fully “Live The Moment.”

LTM primarily targets a young, dynamic international audience aged 18–28, with a strong core from the Iranian diaspora, alongside significant participation from Türkiye, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, and the broader Middle East. This multicultural mix has already proven highly successful in previous editions and forms the foundation for the upcoming 2026/27 international edition.

Line up Strategy

The LTM Festival adopts a flexible and data-driven artist booking strategy that aligns with the available budget, target audience, and desired scale of the event. We have successfully booked and hosted prominent artists in previous editions, including Arash, Mari Ferrari, Sefo, DJ Juicy M, along with several well-known Turkish and Middle Eastern DJs and performers. These experiences have established strong relationships within regional and international artist management networks.

Our approach ensures the final artist lineup is tailored based on the total budget and sponsorship level secured. We build a high-impact mix that can include international pop & dance headliners, leading electronic and DJ-driven acts, regional stars from Turkey, Iran, and the Middle East, as well as cultural crossover artists. While the core concept of “Live The Moment – Color Party” remains fixed, the musical direction and caliber of artists will be optimized according to the festival’s scale. Upon securing the necessary investment, we will immediately initiate formal negotiations and contracts with Tier-1 and Tier-2 artists from our extensive shortlist.

Financial Projections

We project a strong financial performance for the first year of the scaled 2026/27 edition, driven by ticket sales, sponsorships, food & beverage, merchandise, and VIP experiences. With targeted attendance of 8,000 – 12,000 participants and a comprehensive 5-month marketing campaign, the festival is positioned for healthy revenue generation and profitability from year one.

These projections are based on conservative estimates and the proven demand observed in previous editions. Detailed budget breakdown, full revenue model, and multi-year financial forecasts will be provided upon signing an NDA and entering advanced discussions.

Revenue Generation Model

The LTM Festival is designed with a diversified and robust revenue model. Primary income streams include ticket sales targeting 7,000+ attendees, multi-level sponsorship packages, food & beverage operations, makeup and accessory booths, merchandise sales, and VIP experiences. Additional revenue will be generated through brand activations, product placements, influencer collaborations, digital advertising, and potential streaming & media rights.

All revenue projections are closely tied to the final artist lineup and overall scale of the event. A stronger lineup secured through higher investment will significantly boost ticket sales, sponsorship value, and overall attendance, thereby increasing revenue across all streams. Conversely, a more conservative lineup will adjust these figures accordingly.
